Frequently Asked Questions

  • Families may choose any 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day combination between Monday and Friday for enrollment. Selected days must be confirmed in advance to support consistency and effective planning for our students. Additional scheduling requests can be considered based on availability.

  • We are located in Douglasville, Georgia. We are proud to offer a more personal, flexible approach to learning for families in our area!

  • We follow a standard schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Drop-off starts at 8:00 AM. Pick-up begins at 2:00 PM. Students must be picked up by 3:00 PM. We welcome further discussion to better understand your specific needs if you require flexibility!

  • We want to ensure that we’re a good fit for your family! We offer a one-month happiness guarantee. This 30-day trial period offers the opportunity for each family to determine if we’re the best fit for them. This also allows our team the opportunity to evaluate and ensure that we have the resources needed to meet the needs of each student.

    All enrollment plans are based on the local school year calendar and require a one-semester (five-month) commitment. If enrolling mid-year, there is a five-month commitment. After the one-semester or five-month commitment, enrollments may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

  • Our microschool is designed for students in kindergarten through 5th grade ages 5-10 years old.

  • Reading and math follow personalized learning pathways using Lexia Core5 for literacy and Zearn for math, supported through small-group and one-on-one instruction. Science learning is guided by Mystery Science (Discovery Education) and extended through hands-on projects and weekly STEM Fridays.

    We'll work with your family to build a plan that aligns with your family’s education goals and your child’s learning needs.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, Zelle, and recurring monthly payments through our secure online portal. If you need a custom payment arrangement, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to work with you!
